Kickboxing techniques are effective striking techniques that have been tested in the ring over and over again and are proven to be effective in a self defence scenario. Our Kickboxing classes are designed to develop the students health, fitness and well being. You will be trained how to make the most of your body through pad work, technical coaching and partner work.
